Reserva-se!&lt;br /&gt;Na picadora, coloca-se o fiambre e o chouriço cortado aos cubos e pica-se! &lt;br /&gt;Estende-se a massa folhada sob a tarteira de fundo amovivel, usando o papel vegetal que vem na embalagem. Corta-se os bordos da massa e do papel em excesso e pica-se a massa com um garfo.&lt;br /&gt;Entretanto liga-se o forno a 180º e deixa-se aquecer cerca de 10 minutos.&lt;br /&gt;Numa tigela, mistura-se o preparado das carnes, natas e ovos, adiciona-se o sal (cuidado que  eu ia salgando a minha, ter em atenção que o chouriço ja tem sal!) e a pimenta a gosto e mexe-se bem!&lt;br /&gt;Coloca-se o preparado na tarteira. LOL...  a receita é simples e bem saborosa, eu é que nunca pensei que crescessem tanto, por isso, desta vez não, mas na proxima fica prometida a foto das "Bolachinhas de Nata".&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Aqui fica então a receita:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:#993399;"&gt;"Bolachinhas de Nata"&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:#993399;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:#993399;"&gt;1 pacote de natas&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:#993399;"&gt;200 grs açucar&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:#993399;"&gt;125 grs farinha&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:#993399;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:#993399;"&gt;Mistura-se as natas com o açucar, mexe-se e mistura-se a farinha e volta-se a mexer até envolver bem.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:#993399;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:#993399;"&gt;Unta-se com margarina um tabuleiro de ir ao forno (que já se ligou a 180º), polvilha-se com farinha. Leve a cozer em lume brando com 100 gr açucar e 1 colher de manteiga. Tape o tacho e deixe cozinhar ate obter um puré. Depois junte a canela e verta este puré para um pirex.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000099;"&gt;Leve ao lume o leite a ferver com a casca de limão. A parte, junte as gemas com o açucar e a maisena. Depois adicione o leite mexendo sempre e leve ao lume até engrossar. LOL&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;Aqui fica a receita:&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span style="color:#330033;"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#330099;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;Gratinado do Mar com molho bechamel&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color:#6600cc;"&gt;300gr camarões congelados e descascados&lt;br /&gt;100gr de mexilhões&lt;br /&gt;1 embalagem de bechamel (200ml)&lt;br /&gt;75gr bacon&lt;br /&gt;½ couve branca&lt;br /&gt;1 cebola pequena&lt;br /&gt;2 ovos&lt;br /&gt;30 gr manteiga&lt;br /&gt;1 pitada noz moscada&lt;br /&gt;Sal e pimenta q.b&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000099;"&gt;Limpe a couve branca, corte-a em quatro, retire-lhe o talo e leve-a a cozer em água a ferver temperada de sal durante 5 minutos. Retire, escorra e passe por água fria. Deixe escorrer.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000099;"&gt;Descasque a cebola e pique-a. Corte o bacon aos pedacinhos. Leve ao lume um tacho com a manteiga, a cebola e o bacon. Deixe cozinhar 5 minutos. Junte a couve cortada em pedaços e deixe cozinhar mais 20 minutos em lume brando, mexendo de vez em quando.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000099;"&gt;Numa tigela, bata os ovos e tempere de sal, pimenta e noz moscada, mexa bem.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000099;"&gt;Deite a couve para uma travessa de ir ao forno, junte os mexilhões e os camarões, adicione os ovos batidos e regue com o molho bechamel. À parte, envolve-se o açucar com os ovos. Mistura-se bem, sem bater e logo a seguir adiciona-se o leite morno em fio. Leva-se o preparado ao lume ate ferver e ganhar consistencia. Unta-se uma forma de pudim com o caramelo e deita-se o preparado na forma. Vai ao forno em banho maria, a 180ºC, durante +/- 50 minutos. Deixa-se o pudim arrefecer na totalidade e desenforma-se. Deixa-se alourar e, de seguida, envolve-se o tomate limpo de peles e sementes e reduzido a polpa. Deixa-se refogar por breves momentos. Junta-se o caldo de peixe quente e os lombos de tamboril cortado aos cubos e temperado com sal. Hoje vi numa revista esta receita de frango (com natas, pois claro...) que decidi partilhar convosco. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div align="center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:130%;color:#cc33cc;"&gt;Frango com natas no Forno &lt;/span&gt;&lt;img id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5044338416166095682" style="DISPLAY: block; MARGIN: 0px auto 10px; CURSOR: hand; TEXT-ALIGN: center" alt="" src="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/_AcarqFMEhG0/RgEXED5vy0I/AAAAAAAAABw/_WPhphcnCLs/s320/foto+segredos.jpg" border="0" /&gt; &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="center"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:78%;color:#6633ff;"&gt;A receita e a foto são propriedade da revista "Segredos de Cozinha"&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:85%;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#cc66cc;"&gt;Ingredientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:#cc66cc;"&gt;1 frango (1,2 kg)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:#cc66cc;"&gt;4 dentes de alho&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:#cc66cc;"&gt;2 cebolas&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:#cc66cc;"&gt;1 raminho de salsa&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:#cc66cc;"&gt;1 kg de batatas&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:#cc66cc;"&gt;4 dl natas&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:#cc66cc;"&gt;1 dl leite&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:#cc66cc;"&gt;1 dl azeite&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:#cc66cc;"&gt;óleo para fritar&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:#cc66cc;"&gt;sal, pimenta&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:#cc66cc;"&gt;queijo ralado&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:85%;"&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:100%;color:#cc66cc;"&gt;Preparação:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;ol&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:100%;color:#cc66cc;"&gt;Corte o frango em pedaços, esmague um dente de alho e corte uma cebola ao meio. Coloque tudo numa panela com água, juntamente com o raminho de salsa e tempere com sal. Deixe cozer.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:100%;color:#cc66cc;"&gt;Descasque as batatas, corte-as aos cubos e lave-as bem. Frite-as em óleo quente, escorra-as sobre papel absorvente e reserve. Quando o frango estiver cozido, retire, escorra-o e desfie-o.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:100%;color:#cc66cc;"&gt;Lamine a restante cebola e alhos e refogue-os no tacho com o azeite. Adicione o frango desfiado, as batatas fritas, as natas e o leite. Tempere com sal e pimenta e deixe ferver. Verta tudo num tabuleiro e polvilhe com o queijo ralado. Leve à parte superior do forno a 180ºC, até ficar dourado e sirva.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ol&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:100%;color:#cc66cc;"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#6633ff;"&gt;Sugestão&lt;/span&gt;: Em vez das natas simples, utilizar natas com sabor a cogumelhos ou 4 dl de molho bechamel.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#3366ff;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#3366ff;"&gt;No fundo, é mais uma das variedades do famoso bacalhau com natas, mas desta vez feito com frango.
