Um destes dias, daqueles em que não nos apetece mesmo fazer jantar, lembrei-me de uma receita que tinha tirado da net... do site do Apok@lypsus , coisa simples e fui experimentar.... o nome original é "Folhados de Salsicha à Apokalypsus", e o resultado foi este:
Aqui fica a receita:
Ingredientes:
6 salsichas
6 fatias de fiambre
6 fatias de queijo
6 fatias de massa folhada
Preparação:
Liga-se o forno a 200º, durante cerca de 15 minutos.
Estende-se os quadrados de massa folhada, coloca-se uma fatia de fiambre em cada um, seguida de uma fatia de fiambre e por fim a salsicha.
Separa-se a massa do papel vegetal que a acompanha para se proceder ao enrolamento, sem a retirar. Forma-se um rolo com a salsicha e os ingredientes.
Deixa-se a costura para baixo (para não abrirem) sobre o papel vegetal.
Vai ao forno durante 15 minutos a 200º.
Para ficarem mais douradinhas, pincela-se o folhado com ovo batido, antes de ir ao forno.
Acompanhei com uma saladinha de alface, pepino, tomate e maçã.

Esses folhados de salsicha fi-los há mais de um ano com as fatias de massa da Bimbo e as salsichas Jumbo que há dias preencheram uma receita minha.
